How can you help me?

How soon can you close?
We can often close as soon as one to two weeks from the time we agree the on price and terms. We close through local title companies and you will receive a check or wire transfer at the closing.
What if my house is in “bad” condition?
We buy homes no matter how bad the condition. In fact, one of the most rewarding things about our business is seeing a troubled home restored to beautiful condition.
